In the event that By the Bay Craft Supplies offers a refund or store credit for certain products, depending on the situation. Your item may be requested to be returned. Return postage is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for any return postage costs to By the Bay Craft Supplies HQ.
By the Bay Craft Supplies clays and products are not suitable for children, as they are designed to contain small components that could cause a choking hazard. To ensure safe use of these products, they require adult supervision at all times.
Pickup Policy:
Please note that pickup orders are held for one month. If the order is not collected and we receive no contact within this time, no refund will be issued.
